"You don't own this game" Error.

If you are unable to download a mod or tool from this website, even after making your Steam Profile public.

Try the following:

1. Hold the [WIN] key, and press [R] to bring up the Run box.

2. Type steam://open/console and click [    OK    ]

3. Click the Console tab in Steam and type open chrome://net-internals/#dns and press [Enter]

4. Click [Clear Host Cache] and if you want, click Sockets and click [Flush Socket Pools]

Finally, go back to the PWM website, click Account then Dashboard, scroll down to the bottom,
then click the big green button marked Sync Profile.
