# "You don't own this game" Error.

If you are unable to download a mod or tool from this website, even after making your Steam Profile public.

Try the following:

1\. Hold the **\[WIN\]** key, and press **\[R\]** to bring up the Run box.

2\. Type ***steam://open/console*** and click **\[ OK \]**

3\. Click the **Console** tab in Steam and type ***open chrome://net-internals/#dns*** and press **\[Enter\]**

4\. Click **\[Clear Host Cache\]** and if you want, click ***Sockets*** and click **\[Flush Socket Pools\]**

Finally, go back to the PWM website, click **Account** then **Dashboard**, scroll down to the bottom,   
then click the big green button marked **Sync Profile**.
